GH films have grown in quality and production —Prince David Osei
Popular Ghanaian actor, Prince David Osei has said Ghanaian movie industry deserves lots of credit for evolving over the years in terms of content and quality production.
He pointed out that it will be wrong for anyone to insinuate the movie industry was dead considering the progress he has seen since being part of the industry in the past 17 years.
In a presentation as a panel member at the third edition of the Graphic Showbiz forum under the theme Future of Ghana movie Industry: Bright or Bleak?” held on Tuesday, July 25, the Dead actor said “With regards to Ghana movie industry, I can say that tradition is giving way to transition because things have evolved, we are growing in quality with regards to production.
“I have been in the movie industry for the past 17 years and I’ve seen lot of growth when I look back to the movies I was part of and starred in, I can say we’ve really come far,” he said.
He pointed out that it will be wrong for anyone to insinuate the movie industry was dead considering the progress he has seen since being part of the industry in the past 17 years.
